Victoria’s lifetime vision to create a home and a sanctuary for the Forrest Yoga community in Greece
Victoria opened her studio in October 2022. Classes at Nama Yoga Studio are dynamic and our focus is to help you grow the ecstatic spectrum in practice and in life. We help intensity-addicts build strength, calm anxiety and tame chronic pain, so they can move through daily life with more joy, serenity and self love.
Join us at Nama Yoga Studio! The space is dedicated to Forrest Yoga, Vinyasa, Handstands and Poppy Yoga – prenatal & postnatal yoga.
Victoria’s vision is to create a community through yoga and to grow a healthy and strong relationship with the self, the physical body and emotional body, our spirit and the people around us. Community can be a lighthouse for our being and our daily life.
Lightness and light, joy, strength, calmness, connection to feeling, tears of joy and release, sweaty practices, self-care teachings and guidance are our qualities as a yoga studio.
Our classes are dynamic and pleasurable, ideal for both intensity junkies and exercise-phobes. Our goal is to offer release and pleasure in the muscles and to calm down the nervous system.
Expect to discover how to move away from self-sacrifice patterns so that you move through daily life with more joy, serenity and self-love.
