Forrest Yoga® Intensives – Poppy Yoga Workshops
Workshops are yoga courses with a duration of 3 hours or more, that are suitable to both advanced students and beginners. They aim to take us deeper into our practice. In such courses we work on a specific theme and intent. It is a complete and profound practice.
All the Forrest Yoga workshops provide intelligent sequencing & continuity. They are suitable for intermediate to advanced students, with down levels also provided for beginners.
Each workshop contains a full- bodied sequence of Pranayama, Asanas, Meditation and Ceremony. The workshops are sacred Ceremonies, reconnecting you to Spirit & restoring the enthusiasm for Life. They are designed in such a way in order to go on a vision quest on your mat, to move and express your emotions and to nurture your Spirit.
Workshops start with meditation and breathing techniques (pranayama), then we move on to the physical practice, the main body of the lesson and the climax with more challenging and exciting poses which will break through our limitations and inspire us! Workshops end with a deep and luxurious relaxation.
They are dynamic and healing lessons, in order to get closer to our authentic self, freeing the body from pains and burdens. Victoria’s teaching comes from a very authentic place inside of her. She has a magical voice and a healing touch that can travel someone to depths inside themselves. Her teaching is soothing, focused and uplifting. Her classes are strong, healing and fun.
My mission is to offer students the chance to experience the depth of Forrest Yoga. I learnt how to feel and accept my true, authentic self and believe in my true potential. Forrest Yoga builds the curiosity and willingness to explore our inner space, our breath, our wins and limitations. This process brings openness, sweetness and excitement in life.
