What does a day in a retreat looks like?
- Yoga, meditation and practical life tools – the daily practice will melt the shields and armors around the heart in order to connect in a more authentic way with yourself and the people.
- Relaxation – being away from the distractions and responsibilities of life, our nervous system shifts to slower rhythms. It brings clarity and softness.
- Company and friendship – sharing through talking circles in the retreats opens our presence to be and connect to others in a more inclusive and compassionate way. We share and see how we are not alone in the stresses and fears in life.
- Strengthening the body and balancing the nervous system – the long practices of the retreats are juicy and empowering. The aim is to wash as many layers of tension as possible and to discover new truths about your strength and flexibility.
