victoriakourkaki.yoga is the online store of Victoria Kourkakis for her activity as a certified Forrest Yoga® teacher. The company operates in Greece and is part of the general partnership “Athanasia and Victoria Kourkaki O.E.”, which is also the official and exclusive distributor of PlanToys toys in Greece. Part of the company’s activities is the provision of yoga courses and seminars.
Products
The services and products offered are Yoga classes and Retreats. All transactions in this online store are made in Euros. Security of card transactions All payments made using a card are processed through Alpha Bank’s “Alpha e-Commerce” online payment platform and uses TLS 1.1 encryption with 128-bit encryption protocol (Secure Sockets Layer – SSL). Encryption is a way of encoding information until it reaches the intended recipient, who will be able to decode it using the appropriate key.
How to pay for your purchases
Payment by card: Use your Visa, MasterCard or American Express card through a secure AlphaBank transaction system to which you are redirected to complete your order.
Receipt of your order
After completing your order, a message is automatically sent to the e-mail address you have provided, with the details of your order and upon dispatch the products are accompanied by the official and legal document (receipt) which is delivered to you. The issue of a legal document (receipt) for the Retreats takes place during the realization of each Retreat.
Transaction cancellation policy for refunds and product returns
- For the purchase of courses, there is no transaction cancellation or refund. Courses are purchased as a one-time purchase. Courses become available to the consumer upon successful purchase.
- For the purchase of Retreats, the date for the possibility of cancelling the Retreat is stated in the respective event when the respective amount is refunded.
- For all Retreats a deposit amount is indicated which is kept after a certain date.
- Payment for the Retreat can be made directly or in two instalments.
- In the event that the Retreat is not held, the amount is refunded in full.
