Weaving Intention & Purpose

Weaving Intention & Purpose

15/11-17/11 2024

15/11-17/11 2024

Noosfera Wellness & Retreat Center

Our times are intense and chaotic and our attention is constantly stimulated by tones of information. Choices are so many that we may lose focus, become scattered and have no longer sovereignty over our lives. Our lives are often driven by what is offered and not by what we actually want.

“You are what your deepest desire is. As is your desire, so is your Intention. As is your intention, so is your Deed. As is your Deed so is your Destiny” Upanishads

Our theme for this year is to practice living with Intention and Attention. These are the two wings that can bring us closer to the kind of life and destiny we long for. Focusing and developing discipline in one thing have the organizing powers to create the structure. It is through intention and attention that the world comes into being. From the invisible world, the visible world is born and originates.

Where is your attention?

Those who commit to nothing are distracted by everything – Bhagavad Gita.

Attention is a fertilizer, whatever we put our attention on expands in our lives so we need to be very conscious and quite masterful in what we are going to put our attention on. When we direct our attention intentionally, we cultivate growth in those areas. It’s like tending to a garden: where we invest our attention, things flourish.

Building loyalty and dedication in one thing at a time is hard. However, this is necessary in order to feel passion, to feel alive and be exceptional in whatever it is that we are dedicating to. Committing to one thing these days and working on this, whether it’s a relationship, a passion, a hobby or your profession, can bring discomfort because many times you may hit a wall and you will need to push your edge a little and come out of your comfort zone.

Yoga practice can help us learn how to tolerate some discomfort, how to push our edge a little in order to discover a different depth in our connection with the self and the other.

Victoria and Tonia will guide you on how to commit to a dream and take action for it in this 3 day Retreat in the beautiful Noosfera Wellness Center.

Every day we’ll build a strong body, relax and open our core and our mind. Retreats are opportunities to train our mind and to make new neurological connections. We take a distance from our life and the perspective broadens. This can help us evaluate our patterns, our behaviors and the way we connect to ourselves and others.
